How to Install a Bidanit Bidet

The Bidanit/Bidanco Bidet is sold ready to be installed on the existing toilet. It is equipped with a two ways T-joint and adaptor, which are to be connected to the standard flushing tank (in the case of absence outside flushing tank, i.e. it is in the wall inside, - call for installer/plumber to make additional water faucet for the bidet). This T-joint assures the supply of water both to the flushing tank and the Bidanit simultaneously.

Steps

  1. Take off the existing seat and cover.
  2. Place the the bidet on the lavatory pan.Connect it with the two plastic screws, which you will find in the accessories bag. The screws have to be inserted through the half-rounded holes on the bottom of the bidet box and fasten the bidet with nuts onto the pan.
  3. Connect the bidet to the water supply.
  4. Shut the water supply to the flushing tank.
  5. Unscrew the pipe from the flushing tank or from the water supply faucet.Perform this task according to local construction of the toilet.
  6. Attach the two ways T-joint to the water supply inlet.Place a rubber washer on each arm of the T-joint.
  7. Connect the bidet's water supply pipe to the lower opening of the T-joint.
  8. Connect the main water supply pipe to the free opening of the T-joint.
  9. Reopen the water supply faucet to the flushing tank.
  10. Adjust the bidet faucet to your comfort level during use. This is important in the areas of high water pressure.
  11. Connect the bidet plug to the electricity supply.Do this after having completed the above instructions. In the case of an absent plug in the toilet, call to the local electrician to add it.
    • Open the bidet faucet and let water go through steadily for several minutes. Then, switch on the main button (green light will appear) and water will warm up at 5-7 seconds to maintain a permanent lukewarm temperature, controlled by the black round button with numbers.
      • It is recommended that after having used the Bidanit, to disconnect it from the electricity supply by simply switching off the main green button.

What is the difference between a "bidet" and a "Bidanit"?

    Community Answer
A bidet is a plumbing fixture or type of sink intended for washing the genitalia, perineum, inner buttocks, and anus of the human body, and is typically installed in a bathroom. A Bidanit is a way to add this function to an existing toiler. These lower-cost add-ons combining a toilet seat and "electronic bidet" are becoming increasingly popular.
    Thanks!
